TrajectOS and your business
What is TrajectOS?
TrajectOS connects your website, customer requests, team tasks, and reporting in a workspace configured around how your business operates. You can start with a focused solution and add capabilities as your needs grow.
Is TrajectOS a SaaS platform?
Yes. TrajectOS is a multi-tenant software platform. A secure control plane manages authorized software releases and licensing, while each client’s installation retains its business data and configuration within its own environment. The client software communicates with the control plane through a secure connection.
Do we own our data?
Yes. Your customer and business records belong to you and are stored in your website environment. They remain yours if your TrajectOS license ends. Licensed features, including TrajectOS reporting, end with the license. Your underlying records and form entries remain in your website’s back office.
What does the TrajectOS license pay for?
Your initial annual module license is included with Activation & Configuration. After the first launch anniversary, your license covers continued access to your selected modules and supports ongoing software maintenance, security updates, and improvements to the shared platform. Hosting, third-party services, custom development, API usage, and hands-on support are scoped separately.
What happens if we add modules during the year?
Additional modules can be added as your needs grow. Activation & Configuration for each added module is scoped separately. Its license is included through your existing TrajectOS license anniversary, so adding a module does not create a separate billing cycle. At your next anniversary, all active modules renew together at the applicable license rate.
How many people can use TrajectOS?
A standard license includes up to 50 active users. Inactive accounts, including former employees, do not count toward that limit. Their records can remain in the system according to your retention settings. If you need more than 50 active users, we’ll confirm the additional capacity and price with you.
Can TrajectOS work with software we already use?
Often, yes. We review your current tools and identify where a connection would save work or improve visibility. What we can connect depends on each provider’s available access and features. We confirm the scope and any third-party costs before building an integration.
Websites and search visibility
Can you help with an existing WordPress website?
Yes. We can troubleshoot, improve, expand, or maintain an existing WordPress site. We review its condition and access first, then recommend the work it needs. A rebuild is proposed only when the existing site cannot reasonably support your goals.
Can TrajectOS maintain a website another company built?
Absolutely. After reviewing the site’s hosting, plugins, backups, and access, we can propose a defined annual care agreement, a monthly retainer, or hourly help as needed. We’ll make clear what routine care includes and how additional requests are priced.
Do you offer SEO and search visibility services?
Yes. Our search initiatives can include local SEO, Google Search Console, search-focused content, and ongoing website improvements. This approach helped Jon E. Grand build a strong local presence in Google and AI search results. We tailor the work to your market. Specific rankings or AI recommendations cannot be guaranteed.
Projects and support
Can you build tools for a small office or trades business?
Yes. We configure workflows for contractors, service businesses, offices, and other teams managing requests, jobs, documents, assignments, and reporting. We learn your process first, then scope the configuration or custom development it requires.
Can we start with a website and add TrajectOS modules later?
Yes. A website can stand on its own. If you later need scheduling, requests, proposals, workforce tools, or reporting, we can scope the modules that fit your business.
How are projects priced, and what do you need from us?
Our published prices are starting points. After we discuss your goals and complete the appropriate discovery, we’ll provide a proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, investment, and responsibilities. We’ll also identify the access, content, branding, and existing documents your team needs to provide before work begins.
Who can access sensitive employee and customer information?
We configure access around each person’s role and responsibilities. For payroll, banking, tax, and Social Security information, our baseline approach is to use your authorized payroll or HR provider rather than store that information in TrajectOS.
Can businesses anywhere in the U.S. work with TrajectOS?
TrajectOS is based in Corpus Christi, Texas. We work with businesses throughout the Greater Coastal Bend and across Texas, and we can deliver website, technology, and business operating system projects remotely for clients anywhere in the United States.
